This beginner-friendly clinic is perfect for riders who are new to racing or want to brush up on the basics. All you need is a bike with working gears & breaks, a helmet, and a willingness to learn!

What to Expect:
This clinic will focus on cyclocross racing and skills. It will also review race FAQs and safety information. Participants are encouraged to ask questions throughout the session to get as much out of it as possible.
- How to find out information about races.
- Explain licenses and MCA membership options.
- How to register and explain race categories.
- What kind of bike is required?
- What to bring on race day.
- Sign in, race # pick up and explain who commissaires are.
- Explain types of race starts, i.e. seeding, mass start, etc.
- Tips and tricks that are specific to race discipline.
- Do 1-2 laps with debrief at the end.
