Manitoba Cycling endorses a sports system that keeps participants in sport free of abuse, discrimination, and harassment. We are committed to providing our athletes, coaches, officials, and volunteers with a safe and inclusive environment that fosters and preserves a positive, healthy, and enjoyable experience for all individuals. We embrace our responsibility to cultivate an environment that is free from abuse, harassment and discrimination, and we encourage individuals to feel empowered and comfortable reporting any behavior that breaches Manitoba Cycling’s Code of Conduct.
