The organization of mountain bike races and events depends on the work of volunteers – consider joining the MTB committee and help MTB racing grow in Manitoba.
The committee consists of a MTB Race Director/ Coordinator who chairs the MTB committee (also a MCA Board Member) and a representative from each club in Manitoba.
Want to find a group to ride with? There are dozens of clubs in the city offering a wide variety of rides and adventures.

“Bison Butte” is the Mountain Bike Trail development at FortWhyte Alive in Winnipeg which was created for the 2017 Canada Summer Games. These free of charge, multi-purpose, recreational trails are open to the public. The Mountain Bike trails have very technical sections including steep ascents, rock climbs, jumps, and drops. Choose only trails that suit your skill and fitness level.
