MCA ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING & STAFF / BOARD MEET & GREET

The Manitoba Cycling Association invites 2026 MCA members to attend the Annual General Meeting, with an opportunity to connect with MCA staff and Board members before the meeting.
The evening will include an informal Staff / Board Meet & Greet, followed by the Annual General Meeting and the annual business of the Association.

EVENING SCHEDULE
6:00 – 7:00 PM: MEMBER MEET & GREET
Join MCA staff and Board members for an informal opportunity to connect before the AGM. Meet members of the MCA team, learn more about their roles and connect with others involved with the Association.
7:00 – 8:30 PM: ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting is a meeting of MCA members and will include a review of the past year’s financial performance, updates from the Board and staff, and the election of Board members, along with other required annual business.
Virtual option available for registered members who are unable to attend in person.
ABOUT THE AGM
The Annual General Meeting provides MCA members with an opportunity to receive updates from the Board and staff, review the Association’s financial performance from the past year, and participate in the annual business of the Association, including the election of Board members.
The AGM is open to 2026 MCA members. MCA staff and Board members will also be in attendance.
