Notice of Annual General Meeting:
The purpose of the AGM is to give members a report on the activities and finances for the previous year. It is an opportunity for members to ask questions, and to elect the MCA board of directors for the coming year. All 2016 registered members (license holders) have voting priveledges. The voting rights of individual members who are younger than (16) years of age are vested in the parent or guardian of the member.

Those members who live further than 100kms from Winnipeg may assign another MCA member as a “proxy”. Attached is the form that must be used, according to the MCA By-laws, in order to appoint a proxy (proxy-vote). You must be a member of the MCA to vote
