Participants will need:
- A Bike in Good Working Order
- A Helmet
- Closed Toe Shoes
- Water
- Sunscreen (Spray Preferred) /Bug Spray
What to Expect:
Beginner to Intermediate workshop that is designed for those wanting to strengthen their foundational skills. The focus is on building confidence and mastering essential techniques through structured learning. Here are the key elements:
- Foundational Skills: Participants learn essential techniques such as braking effectively, using gears and pedaling efficiently, understanding the neutral position (balance), and adopting the ready position (body posture for readiness and control).
- Games-Based Learning Approach: Teaching methods include interactive games that make learning engaging and enjoyable. This approach helps beginners grasp concepts through practical application and repetition in a fun environment.
- Skill Development: The emphasis is on developing fundamental skills that form the basis for safe and enjoyable cycling experiences. Instructors provide individual attention to ensure each participant progresses at their own pace.
