Cyclocross Race Number Pick-Up!

All Cyclocross racers are asked to attend the Cyclocross Race Number Pick-Up to receive their race numbers and get checked in before the season begins.

Event Details:

• WHEN: Wednesday September 17, 2025
• WHERE: Devil May Care Brewing Company
• ADDRESS: 155-A Fort St, Winnipeg, MB.
• TIME: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• PARKING: Plenty of parking available for both bikes and vehicles.

What to bring when picking up your number.

• UCI or Provincial Race License (or proof of purchase)
  • You will need to present your license to the commissaire before your race number is assigned.
  • If you haven’t purchased your license yet, you can do so here.

FAQ

 Q: What if I cannot make the September 17 pick-up?
A: Your number can be assigned on race day. Bring your license your first race. Please check in early to avoid delays. Everyone must check in so we can confirm you are on the roster.

Q: Can I keep the same number as last year?
A: You may be able to keep your previous number, but all participants will receive new sponsored numbers this season. Number assignments depend on race categories and pre-assigned sequences, so your old number cannot be guaranteed. Check with a commissaire on September 17 or at your first race to confirm.

 Q: Will my numbers change during the season?
A: If you move up or down a category, your race number will be re-assigned. Turn in old numbers and pick up new ones at check-in.

 Q: How do I request a category change?
A: Email your request and reason to cx.mbcycling@gmail.com. Category changes are made at the discretion of the CX Director in collaboration with the Chief Commissaire. You may also be approached by these individuals to move categories, at which point your license and numbers will be updated.

 Q: My child will be racing this year. How do I get their race number?
A: Kids’ numbers will be handed out on race day.
