Quebec Cycling Events – Vaccination passport required

For our members who are planning to attend a cycling event in Quebec please be advised that the province has introduced Vaccination Passport requirements effective September 1/21.

The vaccination passport will be requested from all participants aged 13 and over during events in Quebec, regardless of the cycling discipline. As this is a new measure that must be adopted by decree by the Government of Quebec, an adaptation period is planned from September 1st to 15th, during which the vaccination passport will be deployed.  This means that it is possible for athletes who do not meet this requirement  can take part in events until Sep 14th.  After this date, it will me MANDATORY for all athletes to have their passport / proof of vaccination in order to take part in any event.
