June 23, 2013 (Ste-Georges, QC) – Leah Kirchmann (Optum p/b Kelly Benefit Strategies) reclaimed the Elite Women’s Criterium jersey today with decisive victory taking the win with a 30m gap over Lex Albrecht (Now and Novartis for MS) in second followed by Steph Roorda (GSD Gestion-Kallisto-Specialized) in third.

Kirchmann, from Winnipeg, won the national crit title back in 2011… “Leah smoked the field,” said BC Coach Jeff Ain.

Leah was also 2nd in the Elite Women’s road race, and 5th in the ITT.
