2021-2022 Girls Multi-Sport Series
Sport Manitoba is proud to host the first Girls Multi-Sport Series! This series gives girls ages 7-12 (birth years 2009-2014) of all backgrounds the chance to get active and try multiple different sports they might have never tried before. The second session on February 4 features judo, athletics, disc sports, and basketball. Each sport will have instructors leading the way with experience and knowledge specific to their activity, ensuring everyone is learning, staying safe, and having fun!

Cost – free
When
Morning time slot (for ages 7, 8, and 9 – 2012s, ’13s, and ’14s): 9:00 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. (arrival 8:30 a.m.)
Afternoon time slot (for ages 10, 11, and 12 – 2009s, ’10s, and ’11s): 1:15 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. (arrival 12:45 p.m.)
What to Bring
Participants must bring a pair of indoor shoes, a mask, proof of vaccination (if required), gym clothes, a water bottle, and a good attitude!
Registration
Pre-registration is required and limited to 40 girls per time slot (80 total per session). Registrants will receive a package with more details a few days prior to the event.
COVID-19 Protocols
All attendees will be required to wear a face mask while inside the facility. Additionally, all 12 year olds must show proof they’ve received at least one dose of the Pfizer BioNTech or Moderna vaccine (or valid exemption) and a piece of government-issued ID (provincial health card, social insurance number, birth certificate, passport etc.) or school ID card. These protocols are subject to change in accordance with the Manitoba government’s public health guidelines.
