Michelle Moore has been appointed to the position of Treasurer replacing Christine Prendergast who has been appointed to the MCA Vice President role.

At last year’s  AGM, the MCA expressed their goal to obtain a Treasurer on the board of directors with a background in advanced accounting to help position the MCA for future growth and long-term financial success.  Michelle expressed interest in volunteering for a Sport Association and we are grateful that she choose cycling to invest in.  Michelle not only has a passion for cycling (she cycled from Whitehorse to Newfoundland in 2012), she also brings over 12 years of Senior Management experience with BDO Canada.

Christine Prendergast has volunteered for a number of activities including license processing, fundraising, and commissaire support to name a few.  With the addition of Michelle, Christine has agreed to fulfill the Vice President role until the 2013 Annual Elections.
