It has never been easier to try bike racing in Manitoba. If you have never held a race license in Manitoba or elsewhere you can purchase a MCA Citizen license for $45.00 This license gives you the opportunity to try racing at the introductory level for the entire season, vs a normal race license which costs $105.00.
