Sport Manitoba Closure April 1-14
Further to our memo yesterday indicating the Manitoba government public health order to close all non-critical businesses from April 1-14, 2020, Sport Manitoba has closed the entire facility during this period, except physician services in the Sport Manitoba Clinic. 

For Sport Partners and Sport Manitoba staff, this means you will not be able to work inside the facility.


This closure includes the following:All Sport Manitoba and Sport Partner officesKonica Minolta Print Hub (mail and print services) – please note you may still pick up your mail between 8 am and 4 pm, Monday to Friday, and you must have your mail room key as you will not be able to access it otherwise. New mail will be sorted twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays between noon and 130 pm, beginning this Thursday, April 2.Sport Manitoba PerformanceSport Manitoba Fitness CentreManitoba Sports Hall of Fame Courts, flex space, and meeting roomsFor Sport Manitoba staff and Sport Partners with offices in the facility, you may continue to access the building only to pick up items using your swipe card from 6am – 11pm, Monday to Friday. For those who rent parking spaces in the parkade, you will be able to access the parkade as per your regular access times for this purpose as well.

Note physician services in the Sport Manitoba Clinic are considered a critical service, and so Dr. Gail Sawa will continue to operate out of the clinic. Patients are therefore permitted to continue to access the clinic.

This closure will be reviewed further based on direction from the Manitoba government.
