Sport Manitoba Fitness Centre Facility Bookings – MCA Member Benefits

MCA members clubs and partners receive:

Access to 12 meeting rooms

The MCA office can book these rooms on your behalf, free of charge.  Meeting rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis and can be reserved up to 12 months in advance.  There is a 24 hours cancellation policy.  Clubs/partners who do not cancel space in advance will be billed $50.00.

Capacity:  Seating from 10 to 85

Accessibility:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 9:30 pm
• Saturday/Sunday: 8:30 am to 3:30 pm
• Sport MB staff need 30 minutes after your meeting to sanitize the rooms once empty.

Equipment:

• Audio-visual equipment
• Flip charts
• White boards
• Coffee service

If you are have full day of meetings planned, consider a productivity boost – Exercise!

• Group classes
• Walk around the track

OTHER FACILITY SPACE AVAILABLE FOR RENT

• Court space
• Gym space

Etiquette:

• Please put back all tables/ chairs how you found them.
• Please clean off white boards
• Please dispose of garbage and recycling
• Please leave space at scheduled time
