May 2nd Races

Please check back here, the FOG website and the Olympia Cycling Club website concerning details on the races this weekend. Presently all races are on for this weekend, if changes occur announcements will be made here and the club websites.

What decisions factor into considering to cancel a race:

  • rider safety
  • reasonable comfort of riders
  • reasonable comfort of volunteers and officials
  • desire to maintain MCA schedule
  • potential economic effects of holding a race in dismal conditions; our volunteer organisers should always be kept in mind
