Friendly reminder to all Manitoba Commissaires in prepartion for the 2019 race season:

As per Cycling Canada/UCI license regulations, all officials must take out a licence confirming their designation and validating their status as an official. This is referred to as a “Technical License”.

The status of all commissaires must be recorded by the provincial associations as verification of the current level achieved.

When purchasing your General Membership or Race license, select “Add a license” to add on your technical license. Under the Commissaire tab you can check off your current designation. There is no additional cost for a technical license.
