What is the purpose of the Race Calendar Meeting?

The Race Calendar Meeting brings MCA staff, directors, clubs, and commissaires together to finalize the season’s race calendar. It confirms dates, organizing clubs, series, and championship locations, ensures events don’t conflict, and meets MCA sanctioning and insurance requirements.

It’s a key opportunity for clubs to have input in planning a balanced and well-supported race season.
