- Explore ways to structure a practice for different cycling environments
- Identify risk factors that may arise during lesson delivery
- Develop clear and practical Emergency Action Plans
- Design a practice specific to your discipline
- Reflect on Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) stages
- Understand how LTAD influences practice design and athlete needs
