• $145 + GST = $152.25 (Jan. 1 – Dec. 31, 2026)

How to Affiliate Your Club with the MCA

1. Register your club using the Club Affiliation Form below. 
2. Submit payment to the MCA using either eTransfer or Cheque.

Note: Club memberships must be paid before individual licenses can be printed.
