• General Requirements
  • Canadian citizens or eligible for Canadian citizenship.
  • Hold a valid UCI/Cycling Manitoba Race license for 2025.  
  • Be a member in good standing with the Manitoba Cycling Association.
  • Agree to adhere to MCA policies. 
  • Submit a letter of interest to Coach Nick Bergen by February 15, 2025. 
• Age Eligibility
  • Mountain & Road Athletes: Ages 16-20 (born 2005-2009), with some exceptions for Under 23 females.
  • Para Athletes: Ages 16-35 (born 1990-2009), must be nationally classified by Cycling Canada by May 1, 2025.
• Exclusions
  • Athletes who have participated in the Olympics, Commonwealth Games, Pan Am Games, multiple U23 or Elite UCI World Championships, or senior National Team events are excluded from eligibility.
