DESCRIPTION:Please contact the Race organizer for event specific questions: \n\nAlter Ego Cycling Club\nContact: Rick Yaschyshyn\nEmail: ric18@mymts.net\n\n******************************** \nAlter Ego Cycling Club Presents…. \nBack by popular demand\, it’s the Handicap Road Race! Does being a faster rider mean you’re better at working together? We’ll see as we give the Cat 5’s and Cat 4’s a head start\, and have everyone in the same race! \nHead on down to Birds Hill Park and get ready to shout “Catch me if you can!” \nOn-site Registration: 6:00pm-6:45pm\nPlease bring signed reg form and waiver \n2014 Handicap Race Entry Form and Waiver \n2014 Handicap Race Bible \nFOOD DRIVE:\nThe goal is to get 100 lbs of food for Winnipeg Harvest\, please bring a can or other non-perishable food items. \nSome race history: \nIn 2012 the Cat 5’s surprised everyone with unmatched team work and managed to get away clean\, even with a significant crash. \nIn 2013 a particular Road Coordinator foolishly attacked off the gun\, which was a lot of fun but ultimately not very team-worky. Shame on him! Cat 5’s were eventually steamrolled by the Cat 4’s\, but one sneaky Citizen rider who had spent the day in the break managed to snipe the win! \nWHAT INTRIGUE AWAITS US AT THE 2014 EDITION?! Tune in to find out! \n-Road Coordinator

Everything that is tweeted #ClaraWpg will be thrown up on this wall along with images of Clara cycling. The tweets will show up beside her\, and participants can talk about anything – their own mental health experience\, photos of their day\, whatever they want.  People will be able to tweet interactively.” \n“The other Po-Mo wall in the dance hall space will move with the participants. If you do the Macarena\, then a stick version of yourself will appear on the wall doing the Macarena. If you do the worm\, then an interactive bubble version of you doing the worm will show up. It will be super fun\, with everyone playing around in that space\, or catching the live bands performing in the Cabaret\, lots to do.” \n  \nClara’s BIG Social tickets ($15 each) are available at: \n\n CMHA Winnipeg   (Ph. 204-982-6100)\n Moksha Yoga Kildonan\n The Medicine Shoppe Concordia\n Artbeat Studio\n The Mood Disorders Association of Manitoba.\n\n  \n  \n  \n
