SUMMARY:Road/CX Commissaire Refresher
DESCRIPTION:A Road/CX refresher will take place at the Sport for Life Centre (hosted by the MCA) for existing officials on Sunday\, April 15th from 0930-1130. \nFacilitator:\nArlene Woodcock (National Road Commissaire\, Canada Cycling Commissaire Learning Facilitator\, Canada Cycling Chief Road/Cross Commissaire\, Manitoba Cycling Association) \nCommissaires play a critical role in our sport\, ensuring that cycling races are held in the best possible conditions and that races are run fairly by ensuring that the rules are uniformly applied. Becoming a race official is a great way to give back to the sport\, and learn more about the rules and regulations of the sport. \nWe are asking all Clubs who organize and particate in racing to encourage their members to get training so club activities can continue to be supported. The more race officials we have the better we can support our clubs and races. If you or one of your club members is interested in a future training opportunity please contact the MCA Executive Director at 204-925-5686. Thank you
