The curriculum is simple\, built around pre-designed lessons\, and easily adapted to accommodate a wide range of participant skill and ability levels. The focus is on developing fundamental mountain bike skills\, delivered in a controlled\, off-road and off-trail environment such as a sports field or parking lot.
