The Meeting will be jointly chaired by the Cyclocross, Mountain Bike, and Road Committee Chairs
The development of a race schedule takes several months. It is Important that each Discipline committee has or is in the process of completing a post race season evaluation (i.e: “wrap-up/planning meeting”).
Evaluations from all committees will be consolidated so that general priorities can be established and shared for review at MCA’s strategy meeting in December.
The Purpose of the Race Calendar Meeting in January will be to establish a 2015 Race Calendar of events that will support all disciplines. The MCA Board of Directors will approve the race calendar at the January meeting and Events will be posted on the MCA website on Febuary 1rst.
