Online Event Registration
Based on feedback received from some organizers, CCN has set-up some new tool options when setting up Race registration online:
Registration Set-up Tool:
Organizers who prefer configuring event details of an event such as; event name, location, who pays the fees, if they’re collecting taxes, etc. can now do so thru the new online set-up wizard (link: https://ccnbikes.com/#!/setup)
The intent of the new tool is to provide your details in advance and then CCN can assist with the rest. This will prevent some of the back-forth emails/phone calls required to set-up your event and hopefully save you some time in the long-run.
Event Cloning:
If you are a returning organizer or an organizer with multiple events..there is an option to clone a previous setup. You have the ability to take an existing event that you have organized before and makes a copy.
Personal Service:
If you prefer to speak to CCN and have them complete the set-up (the way it was before the online set-up), they are happy to do this for you.
CCN is also happy to walk you thru the new set-up anytime.
