The Meeting will be jointly chaired by the KOM, Road, and Mountain Bike Committee Chairs
As a result of feedback collected from the 2011 race season , a new Race Calendar Setting Policy has been established to guide a more proactive and collaborative approach towards the development of our NEW 2012 Race Calendar.
The development of a race schedule takes several months. It is Important that each committee has or is in the process of completing a post race season evaluation. Evaluations from all committees will be consolidated in December so that general priorities can be established and shared for review prior to our January meeting.
The Purpose of the Meeting in January will be to determine a structure for our schedule that will support all disciplines. We expect a follow-up meeting(s) will be required to finialize the 2012 Race Calendar which is to be posted at the end of January.
