Cross-Country
The Cross-Country race is completed on a closed circuit, 4-5 kms long. It is a hard race, and depending on the category can last from 1 hour to 1 hour 45 minutes. The trails are tight, wooded, rocky and often times cross streams. More Details Here

DID YOU KNOW…

-For the MTB competition, only 3 Male and 3 Female are selected per Province.

-Cyclists must be under the age of 23, but at least 17 years of age.

-The distance of each race will be approximately 1hr 30min.

-All Provinces are awarded a start position based on the Provinces final MTB ranking at the 2013 Canada Summer Games. The best province is seeded first.

-Competitors are ranked in the order they cross the finish line in the XC Race. The top 2 finishers per Province will count for sport scoring.

-Provincial Rankings will be established by adding sport scoring points from all events in both Mountain Bike and Road Cycling. Men and Women will be ranked separately.
