Chris Prendergast, along with his team, Team H&R Block, successfully completed the Volta a Portugal. Over 11 days of competition which started in Lisbon, the team journeyed north, covering 1626 km of mountainous terrain. After a rough start, flatting at the beginning of the Prologue, Chris continued to fight back, finishing 32 overall, and 3rd in the under 24 age category.
