Kids of Mud Coaching Minimum Requirements

1)Child Abuse Registry Check:

Complete Form below annually. Keep a copy of the application for your files. Send original application with photo copies of I.D to the Manitoba Cycling Association/145 Pacific Ave/Winnipeg, MB/R3B 2Z6/Attention: Jayson Gillespie.

MCA – Child Abuse Registry Application Form

2)First Aid:

Re-certification is required every 3 years.

Standard First Aid and CPR are required (Certification “C”).

KOM Program First Aid Requirements
