The MCA’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, November 9 at “The Roblin Centre” – Red River Community College (Exchange District Campus) prior to the Annual Awards Banquet.

The purpose of the AGM is to give members a report on the activities and finances for the previous year. It is an opportunity for members to ask questions, and to elect the MCA board of directors for the coming year. All 2013 registered members (license holders) have voting priveledges. The voting rights of individual members who are younger than (16) years of age are vested in the parent of guardian of the member.
The board positions up for election in 2013 are:
- President – 1 year
- Vice President – 2 years
- Treasurer- 2 years
- Secretary – 2 years
- Road Coordinator- 2 years
- Provincial Program Coordinator – years
